Are You Kidding Me?

Proving once again that they run a sub-standard newspaper, the Globe and Mail ran an article a couple of weeks ago where they identified the Calgary Folk Festival as one of the Seven Wonders of the Musical World. No offence to the CFF, but everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, knows that it is Edmonton's weaker sister. I have actually stopped attending the CFF because the ambience is so much worse than in Edmonton. To put it nicely, most of the people there are rude posers.

Now Austin, Austin is a musical wonder...

There is a new image up on the Folk Fest page. I assume it will be the cover of the programme. It's fantastic. Really captures the spirit and vibe of the Festival. Here it is!
